How much does a CCTV AMC cost?
For a 4-camera system, BQ Care Essential is ₹1,999/year, BQ Care Plus is ₹3,999/year and BQ Care Elite is ₹6,999/year. Larger systems are quoted after an audit.
Do you provide AMC for CCTV installed by someone else?
Yes. We first audit your existing system and then recommend a suitable plan.
What does AMC not cover?
AMC does not cover physical damage, burns, theft, natural calamities or misuse of the system. On the Essential plan, spare parts, power supplies and hard disk replacement are also excluded.
How fast is the breakdown response?
Response times are 48–72 hours on Essential, 24–48 hours on Plus and 4–12 hours on Elite.
